Our start-up established in the form of a limited liability company is also registered as “innovative” as the activity carried out is fully attributable to the “development, production and marketing of innovative products or services with high technological value”, which has allowed to access the facilitated regime provided for by art. 25, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 179/2012 which regulates innovative start-ups.
